Weiqiang ZHANG is Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor at Law School in Weihai Campus of Shandong University in China. He was a visiting scholar at the Law School of the University of Sheffield, the United Kingdom (2013-2014). His research focuses on law economics, theory of public law and economic analysis of civil law and commercial law. He is the author of one book and has published a number of articles at top Chinese journals such as Legal Science, Legal Forum and also at state media such as Legal Daily. He directed two projects, one of the subjects sponsored by the Ministry of Education of China and the other is a provincial project.
