Fei WU was born in Yantai County of Shandong Province and now is Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor at Law School in Weihai Campus of Shandong University in China. She is a doctor of law of Shandong University (2003-2006) and was a visiting scholar at the Center of the Comparative Law of the Emory University, the United States (2016-2017). She has lessons of administrative law and administrative procedural law criminal law and modern methods of jurisprudence in West. Her research focuses on jurisprudence methodology and administrative law. She has published more than twenty articles at top Chinese journals such as Legal Science, Political Science and Law and Jurists Review. Her selected publications include argumentation of case facts in the judicial process, Legal Rhetoric: a professional approach to judicial democracy, judge rhetoric in mediation and sociological interpretation——a “free” method of judgment.
