Jun LIU was born in Jining County of Shandong Province and now is Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and the Associate Dean at Law School in Weihai Campus of Shandong University in China. His research focuses on comparative criminal law, criminal policy, criminal victim and cyber-crime. He is the author of four books and has published more than forty articles at top Chinese journals such as China Legal Science, Science of Law, Law and Social Development and Legal Science, many of the articles were reproduced by the Reprinted in Information Center for Social Science of RUC and China University Academic Abstracts. He directed a national level project sponsored by the National Social Science Fund of China. As a team leader he finished other five provincial projects. He has the lesson of criminal law (general part), which is the provincial excellent courses and online courses.
